Distribution Network Uncertainty Reconfiguration Model in Demand Response Perspective

Abstract
The change of electricity using habits of users due to the implementation of demand response,along with the uncertainties of distributed powers output and electric vehicles (EVs) charging has posed new challenges for the distribution network reconfiguration.By referring to the impact of time-of-use (TOU) on the electricity load,a distribution network reconfiguration model with the uncertainties of the solar photovoltaic system,wind power output and EV charging taken into account is developed.Then the quantum evolutionary algorithm is used to solve the model in sub-periods.Finally,the test results on an IEEE 33-bus system show that the proposed approach can effectively improve the operating economy of distribution network by considering the influence of uncertainties of the output of distributed power systems and demand response on the distribution network reconfiguration.关键词
