基于电锅炉的热电厂消纳风电方案及其国民经济评价
Wind Power Accommodation by Combined Heat and Power Plant with Electric Boiler and Its National Economic Evaluation

Abstract
Confronted by the problem of tremendous curtailment of wind power in the power grids of Northeast China,North China and Northwest China during heating period in winter,it is proposed that the constraint of forced power output determined by heat be decoupled by installing an electric boiler in the thermoelectric plant.The basic operating principles of the method are described,the implementation mechanism discussed,the mathematical model for evaluating its coal-saving benefit and role in national economy is developed,and the influencing factors are analyzed.The theoretical analysis and realistic examples show that the method is both coal-saving and economically feasible for the power grids of Northeast China,North China and Northwest China with significantly curtailed wind power.关键词
