摘要

Abstract

In view of the new problems brought about by the microgrid(MG)to the distribution network operation,an MG operation control system is designed.First,a three-layer control architecture based on IEC 61850 is proposed with emphasis on the control system”s core device-the MG operation controller.Then the main components of the MG operation controller,and an adaptive control strategy for solving the contradiction of MG operation mode speedy switching and the slow scheduling of the upper level are described.The system is applied in wind-photovoltaic-energy storage power generating station in Chengde, Hebei province.The actual operation results show that the system has realized full utilization of MG on the spot and flexible access to the distribution network.
