摘要

Abstract

In order to better meet the application requirements for protection and measurement-control,integrated protection and a protection system based on wide area information,achieving universal design and reduction of maintenance workload,a new and universal protection and measurement-control platform for smart substation is developed.The new and universal platform uses a generic,multi-board and multi-core distributed design idea and different communication channels for multiple types of communication and high speed data exchange technology,realizing unified,standardized,modular design.The complexity of the protection and measurement-control system is reduced.The overall performance is improved and the application requirements of the smart substation automation system are well satisfied.The new and universal platform provides a reference for intelligent integrated protection and a protection system based on wide area information.
