基于实例推理的数控刀架快速设计方法
Rapid design method of CNC turret based on case-based reasoning
摘要
Abstract
In order to provide more efficient knowledge service for the design process of mechanical products,a rapid design method based on case-based reasoning is proposed.First,the similarity cal-culation models for five attribute types including crisp number,crisp symbol,fuzzy number,fuzzy interval and fuzzy linguistic symbol are structured based on the calculation of similarities of different attributes in case retrieval.Then,in terms of the distribution of weight coefficients,the subjective weight and the objective weight which is based on the deviation information of similarity values are combined to form synthetic weight and used to calculate the global similarity of instances.Finally, the similarity measurement and weight assignment methods are applied in a CBR(case-based reason-ing)system based CNC (computer numerical control)turret design.By the matrix calculation func-tion of Matlab,the most similar instance to this new design instance is retrieved from the instance da-tabase.The results show that the global similarity of these five attribute types and the distribution of weight coefficients can improve the accuracy of case retrieval,which helps designers to achieve the goal of rapid design.关键词
