摘要

Abstract

Magmatic sulfide nickel deposit and lateritic nickel deposit have highest development and using potential among the nickel deposits in the world now. On the basis of collecting, sorting out and synthesizing the related data of the lateritic nickel ore deposits in the world, the authors systematically analyzed and elaborated the lateritic nickel ore deposits in the world in the aspects of resources distribution, geological characteristics and current exploration, development and utilization situation. This paper is of realistic reference and guiding significance for Chinese geological exploration units and mining enterprises that intend to go abroad to carry out the exploration, development and utilization of the lateritic nickel ore deposits.
