摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the poor adaptability of existing power grid planning methods to future uncertain factors and to enhance the robustness of power grid its own, through the flexible expression of load rate constraint of transmission line a part of power flow transmission capability is reserved during the planning to obligate a certain security margin and adaptive capacity for uncertain factors. Meanwhile, through the evaluation on power grid investment cost, operational cost and income from reliability within full planning cycle of power grid, a power grid planning model considering grid economy, security and reliability is proposed and solved by ant colony algorithm. Results of Graver 6-bus test system show that the proposed power grid planning method is effective and feasible, and is favorable to improve the uniform degree of line load rate distribution and reduce the risk of falling into self-organized critical state or occurring large-scale cascading failure, besides using the proposed power grid planning method grid resources can be optimized comprehensively during full power grid planning cycle.
