摘要
Abstract
To overcome the defects of traditional Z source inverters, an improved switched-inductor quasi-Z source inverter, in which a diode inside the original switched-inductor cell is substituted by bootstrap capacitor, is proposed. Comparing with the classic topology, the proposed improved topology not only can arise the boost ability to ensure the quality of output waveform, but also can make the voltage stress of both capacitor and switch elements decreased, meanwhile the ripper of inductor current is alleviated. The structure of this improved topology is analyzed theoretically, and results of simulation and experiments validate the feasibility of the proposed topology.关键词
