基于态势感知的电网自动智能调度架构及关键技术
Architecture and Key Technologies for Situational Awareness Based Automatic Intelligent Dispatching of Power Grid

Abstract
The construction and development of smart grids in China make higher demand of dispatching and operation of power grid, thus it is necessary to develop an intelligent dispatching supporting system conformable with smart grid. Based on existing technical achievements in the field of smart grid dispatching it is proposed to construct a situational awareness based architecture of automatic intelligent dispatching system to accurately master the development trend and process of power grid operating conditions. Firstly, the defects of traditional power grid dispatching are analyzed and the concepts of situational awareness and operating trajectory of power grid as well as the method to characterize them are presented; then the overall objectives of automatic intelligent dispatching are put forward, and the functions of automatic intelligent dispatching and the framework of its technical architecture, mainly including perception based forecasting, risk analysis, auxiliary decision-making and automatic control and so on, are given. On this basis, combining with technical status of power grids, eight key technologies to be broken through for the realization of automatic intelligent dispatching are pointed out.关键词
