Chance Constrained Programming Based Fault Recovery of Distribution Network Containing Photovoltaic Generations

Abstract
Based on probability density function of illumination intensity during different time intervals in a whole day a discrete probability model of photovoltaic (PV) generation is constructed. On this basis, taking switch status as optimal variables, the minimum quantity of interrupted load as objective function and the out-of-limit probability of both nodal voltage and branch power that meet the demand of confidence level as constraints, a chance constrained programming based fault recovery model for distribution network containing PV generations is built. Fully utilizing PV generation island and the coordination of PV generation with distribution network, the islanding strategy of PV generation is perfected to ensure the power supply to important load. Combining spanning tree with ant colony algorithm, an improved algorithm to solve chance constrained programming model for fault recovery of distribution network is put forward. The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is validated by simulation results of IEEE 33-bus system, and simulation results also show that the moment when fault occurs and time for fault recovery greatly impact the fault recovery of distribution network containing PV generations, thus the fault recovery scheme of the distribution network should be decided by the combination of the moment when fault occurs with the fault recovery time.关键词
