基于限流电抗电流控制的新型桥式固态限流器
A Novel Bridge-Type Solid-State Fault Current Limiter Based on Limiting Reactance Current Control

Abstract
On the basis of thyristors based single-phase/three-phase bridge-type solid-state fault current limiter (SSFCL), its topological structure is improved:thyristors in rectifier and freewheel bridges are substituted by diodes to decrease the number of power electronic controllable elements. A limiting reactance current control based control strategy is proposed, that is, through controlling the switching off/on of full-controllable power electronic switch elements in current limiting reactance branch the current flowing through current limiting reactance is kept stable to limit the amplitude of fault current in transmission line. The analysis on entire working process of the improved SSFCL is given. Based on the topological structure and working principle, the control system and element parameters are designed and corresponding simulation model is established. Simulation results show that under different fault conditions the improved SSFCL works correctly and slightly affects on non-fault phase;it can control fault current accurately and the value of limited current can be flexible regulated, so after the clearance of the fault the transmission line can be back to normal operation rapidly, besides the improve SSFCL is suitable for following conditions:many times of fault occurred in a short-term, non-full-phase operation of transmission line and automatic reclosure.关键词
