摘要

Abstract

In order to verify the low voltage ride through capability of wind farms in Jiuquan wind power base, Northwest China Grid Company Limited organized four short-circuit tests in December 2012. Based on the measured data, the dynamic characteristics of wind turbines and reactive power compensation devices are analyzed, and simulation models for different wind turbine types are established. These wind turbine models are validated by comparing with the test data. Furthermore, the simulation model of the typical tests for Jiuquan wind power base is built, which can well simulate the power flow and transient process of the tests, therefore the dynamic models of wind power base and its parameters are validated.
