摘要

Abstract

To study the effects of total flavones of astragalus (TFA) on immune function in mice ,the mac-rophage phagocytosis function ,serum hemolysin level ,delayed type hypersensitivity and splenic lympho-cyte proliferation of mice were measured .The results showed that TFA significantly increased the macro-phage phagocytosis function ,serum hemolysin level ,suppressed delayed type hypersensitivity ,promoted splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice .These observations indicated that TFA can significantly increase immune function in mice .
