苏子降气汤对豚鼠哮喘模型Th17／Treg平衡的影响
Effects of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction on Th17/Treg Equilibrium in Guinea Pig Asthma Model
摘要
Abstract
To study the effects of Suzijiangqi decoction on the interleukin-17 and interleukin-10 in the asth-ma guinea pigs and the imbalance of Th17/Treg of asthma model ,forty healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank control group ,model group ,positive control group and high-dose ,low-dose Suzijiangqi decoction groups .Asthma model was established by OVA atomized and inhaled .All guinea pigs received their own treatment .The levels of Th17 and Treg were measured by ELISA .The results indicated that high-dose and low-dose groups'level of IL-17 decreased ,the level of IL-10 increased .In a conclusion ,Suzi-jiangqi decoction can affect the level of IL-17 and IL-10 and improve the function imbalance of Th17/Treg of asthma model .Maybe this is the mechanism of treating asthma by Suzijiangqi decoction .关键词
