动物胃肠道微生物宏基因组学研究进展OA北大核心CSCD
Metagenomics in Gastrointestinal Microorganisms of Animals
动物胃肠道中存在复杂多样的微生物，但只有少数微生物能够用传统方法进行纯培养。利用宏基因组学方法研究动物胃肠道微生物绕过纯培养技术，不仅可以发现新的基因、开发新的生物活性物质，了解未培微生物多样性，而且还能获得生物遗传、代谢和生理等方面信息以及在不同生境条件下动物胃肠道微生物区系变化规律、信号通路及响应机制。论文简述了宏基因组文库的构建和分析方法，重点介绍了宏基因组技术在动物胃肠道微生物应用中的研究进展。
