摘要

Abstract

T here are enormous and complicated microbes in the animal gastrointestinal ecosystem ,but only few microorganism can be cultured by traditional method .Using metagenomics to study gastrointestinal tract of animals can not only find new genes ,explore new bioactivators and understand the diversity of un-cultured microorganism ,but also can require the informations of biological heredity ,metabolism and physi-ology and the change rule ,signal path and response mechanism in animal gastrointestinal ecosystem under the different habitat conditions .This paper reviewed some methodologies in metagenome library construc-tion and screening ,and especially introduced the application of metagenomics in animal gastrointestinal eco-system .
