摘要
Abstract
Simian type D retrovirus(SRV)is one of pathogens led to simian acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (SAIDS),which is harmful for health of monkey and its engaged person.And it is also one of virus must be elimi-nated from specefic pathogen free (SPF)monkey.In order to survey and investigate the epidemic character of SRV transmission among wild and experimental monkeys,methods of RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR using Taq Man probe to detect SRV were established and proved to be specific with high sensitivity and stability.关键词
