中国西南地区猕猴MHC Ⅰ类部分等位基因调查
Investigation on Several MHCⅠAlleles of Macaca mulatta in Southwestern of China

Abstract
The A*01,A*02,A*08,B*01 and NA7 alleles of MHCⅠof Macaca mulatta from Southwestern of China were analyzed by PCR-SSP.The frequencies of A*01,A*02,A*08,B*01 and NA7 alleles in Yunnan pop-ulation were 1.27%(2/157),69.43%(109/157),11.46%(18/157),21.02%(33/157)and 31.21%(49/157),respec-tively;A*02,B*01 and NA7 alleles in Sichuan were 46.67%(7/15),13.33%(2/15)and 46.67%(7/15),respec-tively;A*01,A*02,A*08,B*01 and NA7 alleles in Guizhou population were 2.5%(2/80),65%(52/80), 1.25%(1/80),25%(20/80)and 72.5%(58/80),respectively;A*02,B*01 and NA7 alleles in Guangxi population were 60%(6/10),10%(1/10)and 50%(5/10),respectively.There were significant differences in the frequencies of the five alleles of MHCⅠof Macaca mulatta (P <0.05).This study analyzed the frequencies of MHCⅠalleles of Macaca mulatta from Southwestern of China and provided the basis for further studies.关键词
