摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of Astragalus Yiqi granules on anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance,the burden swimming test and turn-club test in mice were used to evaluate the anti-fatigue effect of Astragalus Yiqi granules;the close normobaric hypoxia test in mice was used to evaluate the hypoxia tolerance effect ofAstragalus Yiqi gran-ules.Compared with the control group,the high dose group could obviously prolong the swimming time of mice (P<0.05).Compared with the blank control group,the middle and high dose group could significantly prolong the rotating rod falling latency time (P<0.05),and prolong the survival time of mice in hypoxia (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Astragalus Yiqi granules have obvious effects of anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance.
