鸡传染性支气管炎病毒诱导的天然免疫应答研究进展
Progress on Innate Immune Responses Induced by Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus
摘要
Abstract
Avian infectious bronchitis (IB)is a highly contagious respiratory disease.The genome of avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV)is highly variable and its serotypes are multiple and cross protection between different sero-types is poor,which lead to immune failure frequently.Hence,it is very important to disclose the pathogenic mechanisms of IBV.Interaction between virus and the host immune system is a new focus in studying the patho-genesis of IBV,especially the first line of host defense against pathogens,the innate immune system,which play a central role in determining the outcome of infection.The research progress in host innate immune response to IBV infection was focused on pattern recognition receptors,I-interferon,cytokine and chemokine,innate immune cells and complement system in the present review in order to provide information for the study of IBV pathogenesis and prevention and control of IB.关键词
