胶体金免疫层析法在畜禽产品兽药残留检测中的应用
Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Assay (GICA)for Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues in Livestock and Poultry Products
摘要
Abstract
With the development of large-scale,intensive animal husbandry,the applications of different kinds and quantities of veterinary drugs are increasing,veterinary drug residues in food-producing animals and animal products become an important factor that affects the quality and safety of animal products and even threatens human health.Although there are many methods for the detection of veterinary drug resi-dues,the applications of the majority of methods at the grassroot level are restricted because those meth-ods need expensive instruments and the operations are complicated and time-consuming.GICA is sensitive, specific,convenient and rapid,and it does not need auxiliary instruments and reagents,therefore,GICA has been widely studied and used in preliminary screening of veterinary drug residues.Principle,applica-tions as well as development prospect of GICA in detection of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products were summarized in this paper in order to provide a reference for animal derived food safe-ty monitoring technology from farm to table.关键词
