黄曲霉毒素中毒犬肝肾病理组织学观察
Histopathologcial Observation of Liver and Kidney in Aflatoxin Poisoning Dogs
摘要
Abstract
Aflatoxins are highly toxic substances which are extremely toxic,can damage various animal internal organs, including liver and kidney.In order to study the effect of aflatoxin on liver and kidney damage in dogs,the kidneys and livers of 12 dogs diagnosed as aflatoxin poisoning were collected,paraffin-embedded,and the histopathological lesions were observed by HE staining.The results showed that liver cell degeneration,necrosis,bile duct hyperplasia,kidney glomerulus swelling,degeneration and necrosis of renal tubules,interstitial lymphocyte infiltration occurred.The results showed that the liver and kidney tissues in aflatoxin poisoning dogs were damaged to different extent,and chronic hep-atitis,nephritis occurred.关键词
