Progress on Fumonisins
摘要
Abstract
Fumonisins are a group of mycotoxins that occur commonly in animal feed,which can cause equine leukoencephalomalacia,porcine pulmonary edema and inj ure many kinds of animal liver and kidney cells,e-ven can cause cancer.The human esophageal carcinoma and neural tube defects may also be associated with fumonisin.Fumonisins make great threat to animal and human health.This paper focused on the general properties of fumonisins,contamination,toxic effect,prevention and control methods.关键词
