Abstract
Duck circovirus infection caused by duck circovirus(DuCV)with a slow growth and sporadic death as the main characteristics of immune inhibition of disease,increased the difficulty for veterinary clinical diagnosis because of mixed infection with other pathogens.Laboratory diagnostic methods were continu-ously developed and improved with the gradual progress of molecular biology and immunology.In this pa-per,recent progress on PCR,nested PCR,multiplex PCR,fluorescence quantitative PCR,LAMP,nucleic acid probe,ELISA etc.were reviewed,in order to provide reference for different laboratories for synthetic their testing methods and the development of new methods,provide reasonable scientific basis for diagnosis and comprehensive prevention and control of duck circovirus infection.关键词
