Applications of Novel Solid Phase Extraction Technologies for Analyzing Antimicrobial Residues
摘要
Abstract
Recent applications of solid phase extraction (SPE)for analyzing antimicrobialresidues in food were summarized.The main attention in this review focused on the principle of novel SPE technologies (mixed mode SPE,IASPE,MISPE,MSPD,QuEChERS,SPME,SBSE,etc.)and their applications in analyzing antimicrobial residues,from two aspects of solid absorbent and SPE mode.Furthermore,the de-velopment trends were proposed.There is an increasing tendency to develop convenient,quick,selective SPE technologies with little solvent consumption.The novel SPE technologies have played an important role in developing efficient,sensitive and accurate methods for analyzing antimicrobial residues.关键词
