奶牛布鲁菌病三种血清学诊断方法的比较研究
Comparison of Three Serological Diagnostic Methods for Cow Brucellosis
摘要
Abstract
In order to provide technical reference for diagnosis of brucellosis in dairy cattle,420 serum sam-ples were detected and compared by RBT,SAT and CFT.The results showed that the positive rates of RBT,SAT and CFT were 13.81%,9.29% and 8.81%.Compared with the results of quantitative detection by SAT,the conformity rate of CFT was higher than that of RBT,and the corelation was observed between CFT hemolytic degree and SAT antibody titer.关键词
