摘要

Abstract

Milk fat depression ( MFD) is a syndrome firstlyrecognized in the 19th century.It can affect milk quality an d still is a hot topic for dairy cow nutrition research in nowadays.Many theories have been applied to explain MFD as it was caused by many reasons.This paper briefly reviewed theory system development and re-search advances on the mechanisms of MFD in dairy cows.
