摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study was to detect the effects of fructose and insulin on stearyl-coenzyme A desatu-rase 1 ( SCD1 ) gene expression level in primary germinal hepatocytes of geese.Primary germinal hepatocytes of geese were used as test object, the effects of different concentrations of fructose ( 0 , 10 , 30 and 50 mmol/L), insulin (0, 50, 100 and 200 nmol/L) and their combination (10 mmol/L fructose +50 nmol/L insulin, 10 mmol/L fructose+200 nmol/L insulin, 50 mmol/L fructose+50 nmol/L insulin and 50 mmol/L fructose+200 nmol/L insulin) on the SCD1 gene expression level in primary germinal hepatocytes of geese were detected.The results showed as follows: 10 mmol/L fructose could significantly up-regulate SCD1 gene expression level ( P<0 .01 ) , and 30 , 50 and 100 mmol/L fructose had no significant effect on it ( P>0 .05 ); 200 nmol/L insulin could significantly up-regulate SCD1 gene expression level ( P <0 .05 );10 mmol/L fructose and 200 nmol/L insulin had significantly synergistic effect on the up-regulation of SCD1 gene expression level.The results indicate that fructose and insulin alone supplementation and the combination at proper levels can up-regulate SCD1 gene expression level in primary germinal hepatocytes of geese.
