摘要
Abstract
According to the problems of the existing industrial ethetnet controller,such as non-expansible,lack of real-time,firmware being not scalable and interface rate bottleneck,in view of the open Modbus/TCP and its wide application,this paper proposed a design project of industrial ethernet controller based on FPGA and Modbus/TCP. The protocol structure adopts SOPC technology based on Nios Ⅱ soft-core processor to implement the whole hardware system,and complete Modbus/TCP protocol based on TCP in Nios Ⅱ IDE,while providing a variety of standard network interface.The practical data collection verifies that the system can ensure Modbus/TCP communication,while has quick processing speed and is expansible and scalable.关键词
