Fuzzy Impulsive Control of the Hyperchaotic Lü System Via a Time-Dependent Lyapunov Function Approach

Abstract
A novel analysis method for the fuzzy impulsive control of general chaotic systems is presented by using the time-dependent Lyapunov function-based technique. Compared with the time-independent Lyapunov function method, the proposed method can make full use of the information about the impulsive intervals and provides less conservative results. Being different from the existing results, the derived condition for global exponential stability of the system under consideration depends both on the upper bound and the lower bound of the impulsive intervals. This condition is expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). By solving a set of LMIs, a fuzzy impulsive state feedback controller can easily be obtained. Finally, the proposed impulsive control scheme is applied to the stabilization of the hyperchaotic Lü system. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed method.关键词
