超声辅助提取银杏酸工艺优化试验
Technical Optimization Experiment of Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Ginkgoic Acid
摘要
Abstract
Ginkgoic acid was extracted through ultrasonic aids to use seed coat of ginkgo as matierial.The process conditions were op-timazed by quadratic regression orthogonal test method based on single factor experiment.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows:ultrasonic frequency 25 kHz,ratio of material to liquid 1∶26 g· mL-1 ,extracting time 1.83 h,ex-traction temperature 56 ℃.The ginkgoic acid extraction efficiency could reach 1.91%.关键词
