金针菇菌株的SCA R标记分子鉴别
SCAR Molecular Identification of 30 Flammulina velutipes
摘要
Abstract
Thirty Flammulina velutipes strains were collected and analyzed with 16 previously developed sequence characterized amplified regions (SCAR) molecular markers . Based on differences detected in SCAR phenotypes , two F . velutipes strains F026 and F0114 were identified firstly , three strains F0030+ 1 , F0102 and F0118 were identified secondly and the remaining 21 strains were identified successively . The results showed that SCAR molecular markers conld guarantee efficient ,rapid ,accurate identification of Flammulina velutipes strains .关键词
