不同甜椒品种抗寒性研究初报
Preliminary Study on Cold Resistance of Different Sweet Pepper Varieties
摘要
Abstract
Under the low temperature stress , 12 sweet pepper varieties were comprehensively evaluated using subordinate function method combined with correlation analyses based on the relative electric conductivity ,MDA content ,and proline content . The results showed that , with the temperature decreasing , the relative electric conductivity ,the content of MDA ,and the content of proline in sweet pepper leaf were increasing .Different sweet pepper varieties had different responses to continuous cold stress . Among them ,'Zhongjiao No.4','Duofu','Zhongjiao No.8','Zhongjiao No.105'were high cold tolerance ,'Jinghuaxing'and'Guanjunjiaowang'were low cold tolerance ,the other 6 varieties were moderate cold tolerance .关键词
