Abstract
With the accelerated urbanization in our country, more attentions are focused on the functions of urban soil and water conservation of being the guarantee of urban sustainable development and the buffering to the negative impact of urban construction. Based on the fundamental connotations of urban water and soil erosion and urban soil and water conservation, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between urban and rural soil and water conservation. It also points out the difficulties and problems of current urban soil and water conservation management from the aspects of urban soil and water conservation planning, soil and water conservation optimization, flood season regulation, waste soil management, supervisory law enforcement, etc., and tries to provide solutions using Shenzhen as the example. In the end, this paper tries to expect the future development of urban soil and water conservation work, hoping to provide theoretical foundations and practice guidance to the healthy development of the ecological construction of urban soil and water conservation as wel as the law-enforcing and supervisory management.关键词
