基于碳载小尺寸银纳米颗粒的过氧化氢电化学传感器
Hydrogen Peroxide Biosensor Based on Carbon Supported Ultrafine Silver Nanoparticles

Abstract
Carbon nanoflakes were prepared by hydrothermal treatment using folic acid as carbon source, and then ultrafine silver nanoparticles were grown on the surface of carbon nanoflakes by self-reduction method. The materials were characterized by transmission electron microscopy ( TEM) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD) , and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS) . The carbon flakes supported Ag nanoparticles were used to construct electrochemical biosensor for the detection of hydrogen peroxide ( H2 O2 ) . The figures of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry (i-t) revealed that the sensor had prominent electrocatalytic activity for the detection of hydrogen peroxide ( H2 O2 ) with a wide linear range from 0. 02 mmol/L to 14 mmol/L ( R=0. 997) and a rapid response time (1. 8 s) upon the addition of H2 O2 . The detection limit was estimated to be 2. 2 μmol/L. The sensor could avoid interference from ascorbic acid, dopamine, uric acid, glucose, and also showed good stability even during long use. The prepared sensor was successfully used in real samples analysis with satisfying results.关键词
