Inlfuence of lncRNA-PVT1 on proliferation and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells
摘要
Abstract
Objectives To study the effect of ectopic expression of long Noncoding RNA PVT1 in MDA-MB-231 cells. Methods The pcDNA3.1-PVT1 plasmids were transfected into MDA-MB-231 cells and the expression of lncRNA-PVT1 was detected by Real time PCR. The proliferation ability of transfected cells was evaluated by Edu based assay. The invasion ability of transfected cells was evaluated by Transwell experiment. Results The expression of lncRNA-PVT1 was increased when the recombinant plasmids were transfected into MDA-MB-231 cells. The proliferation ability of transfected cells was improved and so was the invasion ability. Conclusion Long noncoding RNA PVT1 can improve the proliferation and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells.关键词
