考虑风险和收益平衡的输电断面供电方案优化
Optimization for Power Transmission Section Power Supply Scheme Considering Risk and Profit Balance

Abstract
The grid power supply scheme confirmed according to calculation result of total transfer capability of traditional power transmission section based on N-1 static safety restriction verification model is excessively conservative.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-target optimization model for grid power supply scheme which is considering power supply profit and risk.This model comprehensively considers risk and economic index of the power grid and introduces risk model and profit model for multi-target optimization.In addition,it uses multi-target particle swarm algorithm and cosine sort algorithm based on subj ective weight combining entropy weight to realize solution and decision-making.Simulation result of practical example indicates effectiveness and feasibility of this model and method which is useful for technicists to proceed analysis and selection according to practical requirements for the scheme.关键词
