摘要
Abstract
Wind power send-out engineering invested and constructed by power grid enterprise is able to enjoy state capital compensation and electrovalence additional compensation for renewable energy source.For reason of low compensation standard,by internal cross subsidy way,the power grid enterprise is undertaking diseconomy of project investment.Taking practical engineering as an example,this paper discusses financial estimation and handling ways for capital compensation and electrovalence additional compensation for renewable energy source.It demonstrates reasonability of calculating investment benefit of wind farm send-out project by using average sale price method and transmission and distribution price method.In addition,it proposes a compensation scheme for ensuing project investment benefit.关键词
