Abstract
To establish a reliable and convenient simulation model for permanent magnet linear synchro-nous motors ( PMLSM) , based on the analysis of the mathematical model of PMLSM , it sets up the simu-lation model for PMLSM and its control system by VisSim/ECD v8 .0 .The PID controller model with the position circle , speed circle and current circle were established .The simulation results by VisSim indi-cate that the position servo system is accurate and superior in tracking performance and robust perform -ance .It can be applied to design and testify the rationality of other control strategies .This provides a new way of thinking for designing and debugging PMLSM servo system with high performance .关键词
