摘要

Abstract

The design is a device which can automatically control the voltage of the graphite electrodes composed of control unit STC89C54RD+ , AD translating chip ADC0804 and H bridge which is made up by four IR2112 and IRFZ24N.This article introduces the designing background, the principle of each module, and design ideas of them, among which the most important part is the program of the automatically controlling mode for graphite electrodes voltage. The device is able to maintain the voltage of graphite electrodes in the range that set up by user.
