摘要

Abstract

Based on field survey and analysis,exclusive method has been used to initially determine the factors that cause the ships mooring at one container berth in China drifting time after time. The measured oceanographic and bathymetric data are based on to simulate the current distribution around the container berth and the drift process of ships by using the mathematical and physical models of current while ship mooring. The test results clarify main mechanism and factors that impact the drift of ships moored in the sea area with macrotidal range,and some engineering measures and suggestions are proposed.
