Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with bone metastases.Methods In our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 42 cases of advanced lung cancer patients with bone metastases in non-small cell were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into observation group (21 cases) and control group (21 cases),the control group received conventional chemotherapy measures,observation group was given zoledronic acid treatment on the basis of chemotherapy,NRS,KPS levels in both groups were detected and evaluated,and the curative effects of two treatment methods were compared.Results In observation group of bone metastases,there were 7 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 9 cases,4 cases of stable,worsening 1 case,a comprehensive response rate (complete response + partial response) was 76.19％;in the control group there were 4 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 3 cases,stable 5 cases,the deterioration of 9 cases,consolidated effective rate of 33.33％,comparing the two groups of patients with comprehensive efficiency statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01); after treatment the NRS,KPS levels were improved,showing statistical significant difference compared to those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05),observation group improved more significantly than the control group,showing statistical significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer bone metastasis in patients with non-small cell significantly alleviating pain in patients,can improve the prognosis of patients with important clinical significance.关键词
