Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis and prevention of fetal abnormalities of the urinary system,and to promote eugenics.Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 we confirmed 90 cases of fetal urinary system abnormalities as objects,B ultrasound diagnosis conducted by analyzing the results summarizing B ultrasound in the diagnosis and prevention of fetal abnormalities of the urinary system.Results After induced labor (or delivery) confirmed 90 cases of fetal abnormalities,89 cases diagnosed as fetal abnormality by B ultrasound,with the confirm rate of 98.89％.Abnormal fetal types were as follows:75 cases of simple hydronephrosis,renal agenesis 3 cases,3 cases of renal agenesis,polycystic kidney disease in 4 cases,hydronephrosis associated with other abnormalities in 3 cases,1 case of repeated kidney.In addition to 1 case of repeated kidney misdiagnosed,all others were confirmed.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis for fetal urinary system abnormalities has important clinical value in promoting prenatal and postnatal care.Hydronephrosis alone can form reversible changes due,for mild hydrocephalus can be treated conservatively,severe hydrocephalus will have to be taken immediately after delivery surgery,moderate water should be closely observed,and the appropriate method of treatment should be selected.As for other types of urinary system abnormalities,the current lack of effective treatment,and survival after childbirth without high quality,artificial termination of pregnancy should be considered.关键词
