中药油外涂预防放射性皮炎的疗效评价
Oil of Chinese medicine for preventing radiation dermatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the preventive measures for radiation dermatitis in cancer patients.Methods 85 cancer patients receiving radiation therapy were randomly divided into an observation group (n=43) and a control group (n=42).Self-made oil of Chinese medicine was smear on the skin of radiotherapy area before the radiotherapy every time in the observation group,while MEBO in the control group.After the radiotherapy,both groups continued the treatment for 3 days,3 times a day.The incidences of radiation dermatitis were observed.Results The incidence of radiation dermatitis was 13.95％,4 cases got grade Ⅰ radiation dermatitis,2 grade Ⅱ,but no grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ in the observaiton group.The incidence of radiation dermatitis 38.09％,7 cases occurred grade Ⅰ radiation dermatitis,6 grade Ⅱ,3 grade Ⅲ,and no grade Ⅳin the control group.There were statistical differences between the two groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Selfmade oil of Chinese medicine for preventing radiation dermatitis has some effect.关键词
