摘要

Abstract

Simulink software platform is used to simulate indoor wireless communication system,the carrier frequency of which is 300 GHz.The signal module,frequency doubling module and subharmonic mixer module are designed based on Simulink,which get the spectra of signals in each stage.The intermediate frequency output power is calculated at the differ-ent distances between the transmitting system and the receiving system.The simulation results show that under the interfer-ence of background noise,the power of the receiving intermediate frequency will decreases with the increase of distance be-tween transmitter and receiver,and the intermediate frequency signal spectrum is better.
