统筹法在油气田开发中的应用
Application of PERT Network in Oil-Gas Field Development
摘要
Abstract
Based on the slow growth of oil and gas reserves in our country , various complicated projects and traditional management methods , active method is put forward by combining PERT network schem and time pa-rameters calculation application to the development of oil and gas fields , to make the main unit PERT network schem of the four main stages in the development of oil and gas fields .They are reservoir evaluation stage, de-velopment program formulation stage, deliverability building stage, the development adjustment and recovery ratio enhancing stage in exploring the time parameter calculation method .After making resource allocation and schedules according to this method, the experience is scientific, visible, quantitative, by avoiding the engi-neering development lag, improveing development efficiency, reducing costs, and achieving good economic benefit.关键词
