基于门控制效应的氯霉素分子印迹传感器研制
Determination of Chloramphenicol by Gate Control of Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Sensor
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, a sensitive sensor based on the molecularly imprinted polymer ( MIP) of methylene blue ( MB) is proposed, and its configuration and performance are studied .The progress of electro-polymeriza-tion is performed in a phosphate buffer solution ( pH=7.0 ) containing 1.0 mmol/L chloramphenicol and 3.0 mmol/L MB on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode.The trait of molecularly imprinted polymer membrane is characterized by cyclic voltammetry.The molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor is conducted by the gate control of MIT and potassium ferricyanide act as probe molecules . The amount of chloramphenicol mole-cules is measured by differential pulse voltammetry ( DPV) .The linear range is 0.323~54.9 μg/L.The de-tection limit is 0.14 μg/L.关键词
