摘要

Abstract

Basalt coating and zinc-basalt composite coating was prepared by flame spraying process.The microstructure of the surface and cross section of the coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The corrosion property of the substrate and coatings were compared using an accelerated electrochemical corrosion test method,and the tafel polarization curve obtained from tests are analyzed. The results show that the porosity of the basalt coating which contained with zinc was decreased obviously,the interdigitation of the coating and substrate was enhanced significantly.The corrosion property of the basalt coating is very well.The zinc-basalt composite coating have the effective of sacrifice anode for catholic protection of the substrate.
