酵母β-葡聚糖对早期断奶羔羊瘤胃氮代谢的影响
Effects of Yeastβ-glucan on Rumen Nitrogen Metabolism of Early-weaned Lambs

Abstract
20 lambs (Gansu modern breeding sheep group) were randomly allotted to 5 groups to investigate the effect of different levels of yeast β-glucan (0, 37.50, 75.00, 112.50 and 150.00 mg/kg) on rumen nitrogen metabolism parameters. The results showed that there were no significant influence on total nitrogen, NH3-N, protein nitrogen in ruminal fluid of lambs by adding yeast β-glucan (P>0.05), rumen urea nitrogen of 75.00 mg/kg yeast β-glucan supplement group had the trend of increasing than control group(P=0.091), serum urea nitrogen content of 150.00 mg/kg yeast β-glucan supplement group were significantly higher than control group.关键词
