Research Progress on Low Molecular Weight Glutenin Subunits(LMW-GS) in Wheat

Abstract
In the review, we present a simple overview on low molecular weight glutenin subunits, including classification, structure and function, genentics and polymorphism, molecular identification and gene clone, and its correlation. We also analyze LMW-GS subunits distribution of Chinese wheat cultivar and their improving directions.关键词
