摘要

Abstract

In the practical applications,the dense microstructure and high conductivity become a necessity for an oxygen trans-port membrane.Dual phase material of La0.6 Sr0.4 Co0.2 Fe0.8 O3-δ-Gd0.1 Ce0.9 O1.95 (LSCF-GDC)was fabricated via dry-pressing. The effect of LSCF concentration on the properties of electrical conductivity and microstructure of dual-phase membrane was in-vestigated.The results show that the conductivity of dual phase material increases with increasing the LSCF mass ratio.When the mass ratio between LSFC and GDC phases is 65∶35,the conductivity is 141.7 S/cm.From the microstructure observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),the grain boundary appears on the membrane surface.The grain growth of GDC is af-fected by the continuity of LSCF.When LSCF-GDC(65∶35)is sintered at 1 350 ℃ for 5 h,the grain size of GDC is 0.3-0.6μm.It is indicated that the dual phase material of LSCF-GDC could be a promising oxygen transport membrane material due to its superior microstructure and high electrical performance.
